Siraj Lighting is hiring:
Senior Electrical Site Engineer 
 
Job Responsibilities: 

-Ensure site and materials inspection and submittal to Consultants and clients.
-Prepare payment application sheets on finished projects; get it approved by clients and follow-up on collection.
-Monitor and deliver materials to consultants and clients as per installation instructions.
-Coordinate installation plans (dates, quality, resources) and materials/products for installation.
-Prepare and execute Shop Drawings on AutoCAD for Single line diagrams, etc…
-Advise technicians on technical requirements for the application process, as per designed drawings.
-Coordinate work daily with consultants, subcontractors, contractors, surveyors and site labor to facilitate the workflow on site.
-Prepare Monthly Installations schedule, by the beginning of each month and share it with Technicians supervisor; update with changes regularly throughout the month.
-Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors) including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of work progress.
-Ensure day to day site management, including supervising and monitoring company’s labor force and the work of subcontractors, when applicable.
-Depending on project scope, manage, monitor and control site stocks, including preparation of monthly inventories and reporting to Management.
-Review timesheets submitted by Technicians Supervisor, approve and report back to HR.
- Monitor, control and approve Overtime sheets for technicians, by 25th of each month and report back to HR.
-Review and control technician’s expenses (transportations, travel fees, etc.…); sign/approve and report back to HR.
-Ensure inspection visits to new sites or to sites involving claims from clients, to advise on services / solutions needed.
-Oversee quality control of work and safety measures application on site.
-Prepare regular reports of work progress and submit to management.
-Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and problems encountered on site.
-Report periodically on the status and progress of his/her activities and achievements to his/her direct manager.
-Comply with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any other related documentation. 

REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor Degree or Diploma Electrical Engineering or any related field.
-4 to 7 years of Experience in Site Engineering, or other relevant experience.
-Good Command of English in written & in Verbal Communication.
-Good Command of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc…).

-Excellent Organization Skills in terms of organizing oneself work and prioritizing according to urgency of situations.
