· 2 – 3 Proven experiences in customer service or a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner.
· Provide accurate information about our products and services.
· Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays are off
