Contract Manager 

Job requirements
1. Civil/Arch Engineering Bachelor’s degree
2. 10+ years of experience – 3 years in the same position.
3. Must have experience in construction industry
4. CLAC certificate and administer of FIDIC 1987/1999 contracts conditions are a must
5. PMP or any relevant project management certificate is preferred

Job description 
· Setting out contract administration policies and procedures in accordance to the company policies.
 • Ensure that all projects are complied with the relevant contracts’ conditions.
 • Participates in the tendering stage while reviewing the contracts’ conditions and recommend the best practices of the conditions (if any) with other involved parties.
 • Ensure that contract administration procedures are implemented in accordance to the department’s procedures and exert due diligence to reserve the company rights under each contract.
 • Ensure that all changes to contracts are highlighted and contractually recorded.
 • initiate Claims and variation orders as necessary attributed with all particulars needed, and follow it until granted
· Lead the Planning team and Cost team to prepare the needed particulars of claims
 • Recommend and help with the recommended action in case of conflicts.
 • Moderate and attend meetings with clients if there are any contractual conflicts.

Working hours : 
From 9 AM to 5 PM
