REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in arch/civil Engineering

with 1-5 years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CAD and REVIT.

Strong understanding of item's Breakdown, invoices, variations, claims, quantity surveying principles, and cost management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
