Senior Cost Estimation (Pre-contract).
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Engineering Civil or Architecture, Construction Management.

Experience:
Experience: 10 years minimum in cost estimation, construction management, or a related area.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in specific sectors such as commercial, residential, Hospitality, or educational projects. (preferred in KSA projects)

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools like MS Project, AUTOCAD, REVIT & Primavera.
Cost Analysis: Strong analytical skills for evaluating and predicting costs and budgets.
Understanding of Contracts: Knowledge of contract types, procurement processes, and risk management.
