Job Opportunity: Steel Design Engineer - Civil
Location: 5th Settlement, New Cairo

Job Description:
• Develop steel structural designs.
• Create 3D models, erection drawings, and shop drawings (assembly, single parts) for production using Tekla software.
• Review project specifications to recommend material or section substitutions.
• Collaborate with production engineers at the factory to address any missing structural details.
• Provide and collect all necessary technical support, including drawings, manuals, and instructions, for the construction team.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in steel design.
• Familiarity with Egyptian and US Codes for steel design.
• Proficiency in software such as SAP2000, STAAD, Limkon, Idea Statica, and Tekla Structures.
• Strong knowledge of design and construction codes and standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
