Job Overview: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect Designer
 (8-10 years of experience) 
to join our dynamic team. 
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural designs, from conceptual development to construction drawings. You will be responsible for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: specifications and are delivered on time. Design Development: Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all projects meet client Technical Expertise: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, and models using Rivet and CAD software. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations. Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in architecture and design, and apply this knowledge to create cutting-edge solutions Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. -8 to 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of successful projects. -Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). -Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and completed projects. -Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Location: NASR CITY. Job type: full-time • A portfolio in PDF format is a must. Strong experience in high-rise towers and KSA projects would be a plus.
