Job Title: Tender & Technical Senior Architect

Location: New Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of tender documents and technical proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive and accurate proposals.

• Oversee the preparation of architectural design documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

• Conduct site visits and assess project requirements to inform tender submissions and technical proposals.

• Manage and mentor junior architects and technical staff, providing guidance and support throughout the tendering process.

• Evaluate and analyze tender documents, including project scope, budget, and timelines, to develop competitive and feasible proposals.

• Ensure that all submissions adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, articulating the technical and design aspects of proposals.

• Monitor and report on the progress of tender submissions, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and tendering processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on tendering and technical proposal preparation.

• Proven experience managing complex projects and leading technical teams.

• In-depth knowledge of tendering processes, architectural standards, and industry regulations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
