Permits Engineer (Part time)

 Responsibilities:

• Review design drawings and ensure that there are no conflicts between different departments.
• Provides authoritative technical counsel to the architecture team (Special requirements for design).
• Complete forms and requests originating from government agencies.
• Liaising and negotiating with government authorities to take all government approvals (license).
• Periodic follow-up with various government agencies regarding the new requirements for design.
• He has experience in dealing with various authorities (the Fifth Settlement Authority - the Administrative Capital Authority - the October Authority).
• He has experience in dealing with the (civil defense authority and the National Research Center).

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel – Word).
• REVIT and CAD software knowledge is a must.
• Excellent command of the English Language.
• Perfect communication skills.
