We Are Hiring Human Resources Manager📢

Location : Katameya Heights - New Cairo

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. 
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and managing the HR team. This includes recruitment and hiring, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
Proven Experience not less than 5 years as Manager 
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Experience in recruitment and hiring, including conducting interviews and managing the selection process
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certification is a plus
