Job Advertisement: Mechanical Office Engineer / Mechanical Site Engineer
Required: Mechanical Office and Estimation Engineer
Requirements:
3 to 7 years of experience in the field.
Full proficiency in engineering drawings.
Experience in pricing HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and infrastructure works.
Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimation.
High skill in using AutoCAD and Revit.
Ability to use engineering software such as HAP, Duct Sizer, and Elite.
Ability to prepare and review technical submittals.
Responsibilities:
Prepare engineering drawings and mechanical designs related to HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing works.
Accurately conduct quantity surveying and estimation to provide precise project estimates.
Prepare and submit technical submittals and obtain necessary approvals from the project consultant.

Required: Mechanical Site Engineer
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
Experience in executing HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and infrastructure works.
Proficiency in quantity surveying and estimation.
Ability to use AutoCAD and conduct quantity surveying.
Submit technical submittals and handovers to the project consultant.

Qualifications for Both Positions:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Proven practical experience in mechanical engineering and technical offices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
