We are hiring the following position:

Tendering & Cost Engineers (Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical)

Responsibilities:
- Study project documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules; review tender documents and contracts to follow up on requirements.
- Review vendor and supplier quotations to determine the best price and delivery date.
- Prepare comparative analysis documents related to specifications, price, delivery conditions, and mode of transportation.
- Engage in the preparation and compilation of necessary documents, information, and technical inputs required for the completion of tender documentation.
- Generate monthly cost control reports according to the company's standard form and associated back-up.
- Provide cost reports when required, in coordination with related parties.
- Analyze project expenses by trade and compare them to the budget.
- Analyze material purchase orders compared to the budget as part of the monthly review process.
- Monitor the status and actual costs for labor, equipment, and sub-contractors.
- Disseminate budget information to all operating groups, providing clarification and additional information where required.
- Review invoice status on a monthly basis and highlight any major figures.
- Assist in preparing the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims.
- Attend meetings with the Project Management Team to discuss issues related to cost reports.
- Prepare project Cost Plans and submit monthly status reports.
- Prepare cash flow and submit monthly status analyses.
- Follow up with the Productivity Team and issue monthly reports.
- Responsible for tender estimation, including calculating and preparing cost estimates and budgets for tender submissions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Preferred experience in the Saudi market.
Good experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project or Primavera.
