 Recruitment Specialist 
workplace : Nozha 

-Responsibilities: 

* Responsible for hiring top talent employees in the market through various recruitment channels in the planned time. Varies recruitment channels in the planned time.
* Conduct sourcing activities & develop selection tools in order to fill open positions.
* Create job ADs Internally & Externally through proper channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
* Updating the man-power plan with Division Heads, which will help in identifying hiring needs across all departments & adding proper hiring channel whether internally or externally.
* Represent company internally and externally at events with for networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
* Create potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
* Assists the HR department in any needed tasks.

-Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor degree.
* 3+ years of experience in the HR field specially in the Talent acquisition.
* Must have experience in the Fashion industry
* Excellent in English.
* Ability to work on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Lives Nearby new Cairo and can start Immediately.
* Very Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
* Planning & organizing skills
* Team player
