Job title: Managed service Manager
- Managing the operational relationship with the customer to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction regarding the overall delivery performance based on contractual SLAs and KPIs
- Managing daily operations by recommending improvements, noting areas for concern, and rewarding exceptional results.
- Accountability for all Managed services KPIs/SLAs reporting for all layers (Director, GM, VP)
- Spare parts management 
- Preventive Maintenance Management based on Customer’s SLA including. 
- Responsible for service performance to meet KPIs, and SLA metrics and customer requirements.
- Handling field operation activities like CM, PM, E.M and day-to-day BSS operations (2G; 3G; 4G,5G and TX).
- Responsible for the delivery of managed service-Related project, implementing effective O&M processes and establishing work standards to manage customers' network effectively and efficiently.
- Interface to the customer during periods of intense activity work with partners to ensure process 
- Prepare proposal, budgeting, cost control, monitoring & implementation of surveillance management.
- Submitting technical recommendations to governance team to improve network efficiency and performance.
- Ability to perform any additional task (technical & managerial) according to work needed.
- Identify and monitor project progress, blocking issues and find corrective measures and conduct regular meetings with concerned project persons to ensure smooth progress and to solve integration blocking issues.
- Following up all activities progress with site supervisors through Area owner.
-Adherence to Network KPI's & SLA's
-Organize, coordinate and execute field related projects within SLA
- Follow-up of trouble tickets, WO and CR

Requirements:
-University Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics science
-English Speaker.
-PMP is Mandatory
MBA is a plus
-More than 8 years’ experience in operating and managing service.
-People management skills.

-Risk management-ability to identify and plan to solve for potential risk.
