DMA's family is expanding. We are looking to hire a “BIM Manager”.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organization-wide BIM standards, implementation, and enforcement.
2. Collaborate effectively with clients, design team, contractors, and supply chain.
3. Apply EIR and create BEP for BIM deliverables production.
4. Create a comprehensive BIM Workflow Manual aligned with ISO 19650 for accurate project execution.
5. Work closely with BIM Coordinators to ensure efficient BIM workflows
6. Check and review QA & QC for project stages and avoid clashes using a clash matrix.
7. Conduct clash detection using clash matrix and visual walkthroughs Using Navisworks.
8. Support and audit the project teams and flagging non-compliances 
9. Review the BIM deliverables for accuracy and adherence to standards using BIM 360 according to ISO 19650, and adherence to standards between the consultant and contractor
10. Manage the implementation of BIM-supporting software and conduct researches on new BIM-related software.
11. Provides BIM training internally.
12. Solve and investigate issues related to the BIM process.
13. Develop & prepare templates & Families for REVIT projects, including the design of (filters, view template, CAD export setup & families) for all disciplines according to NBS BIM toolkit.
