Vacancy: AR Accountant (Residential)
Location: District 5

Part of the duties/responsibilities:
Follow up on collections and allocation of payments.
Prepare all journal entries related to AR and update the receivable ledger with the daily transactions.
Follow up on bounced cheques data with the Collections team.
Prepare financial annex against selling policy.
Prepare the trial balance of Accounts receivables in a timely manner.
Prepare daily and weekly collection reports.
Revenue recognition recording and tracking according to EAS
Prepare monthly trial balance related to AR.
Prepare all the required reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Proficient use and command of computer (office: word-excel-power-point), internet surfing.
Experience in accounting within real estate or related industry is preferred.
Excellent command of the English language.
