Technical Office Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Review design package and prepare technical study reports.
2. Prepare shop drawing, material submittals and calculations (HVAC, FF, and PL).
3. Prepare quantity survey.
4. Organize and manage project technical approvals.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* 2-5 years of experience.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering software.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
