We are hiring:
 Sr. Receivable Accountant

Role Responsibilities:

1-Recording the collections received (bank transfers) from customers on contracts and distributing them in the installments due.
2-Reviewing cash collections in the treasury and ensuring that they are recorded properly.
3-Follow up on collections from customers with the collections department.
4- Editing the sales form for the customer and reviewing the financial annex to the contract.
5- Review the report of open reservation forms and follow up with the Operations Department.
6- Follow up on Inventory Units and match prices with the Operations Department.
7- Preparing the sales report - monthly sales analysis.
8- Preparing debt work reports for clients.
9- Preparing a report on potential cash flows from clients.
10- Matching bank balances and making the necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

* 5:7 years’ experience in Real Estate.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office specially Ms. Excel (IS a Must).
* Bachelor’s degree of Commerce (accounting major).
