Job Opportunity: Senior Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Description:
- Receive invoices from vendors.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure receipt of goods.
- Check previous payments or credit notes before issuing payments to vendors and review invoices for completeness.
- Issue withholding tax notes.
- Record invoices, vendor payments, and withholding tax (WHT) in the Odoo system.
- Prepare requests for issuing checks.
- Review all transactions related to accounts payable.
- Prepare payments for rent and utilities, follow up on invoices from malls, and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Daily follow-up on ETA and confirm receipt of invoices.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 4-6 years of experience in accounts payable and cost control.
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in data entry and management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Vendor relationship management skills.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using Odoo ERP system.
