We Alghanim International for Contracting and Engineering Egypt, seeking a motivated and experienced individuals for (MEP Senior Operation Managers) to join our team for various projects across Egypt. 

Job Requirements: 

1-Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
2-Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on MEP projects in Egypt (Only candidates with experience working in Egypt and familiar with the local market will be considered for this role).
3-PMP certification is a must and MBA is preferable.
4-Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
5-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
6-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
