 " Group Technical Director "

Work location :- Head Office

Job description :- 

- Supervise the preparation of technical and material submittals.

- Review all shop drawings to ensure that each shop drawing has been coordinated between all disciplines.

- Follow up and review the quantity surveying process as well as subcontractor’s invoices.

- Supervise the preparation of variation orders and claims throughout the project and negotiate them with the client till obtaining final approval.

- Review the Material List for approval and follow up with the purchasing department to ensure the delivery of the material on time.

- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.

- Solve technical problems that arise.

- Direct and supervise the technical team. 

- Maintain organized and detailed project records.

Job requirements :- 

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

- Experience from 15-20 years in infrastructure, roads and dredging projects is a must. 

- Excellent computer skills

- Strong leadership skills 

- Problem solving and decision making skills

- Detail oriented
