OD Specialist
 - 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Nasr city
 
 𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
 • update the organization chart, workflow chart, job analysis, and job descriptions.
 • Collaborate with the OD Head to implement the Performance Management system, ensuring adherence to schedules and submission of required reports.
 • Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create a training plan.
 • Implement the Training and development plan, overseeing, evaluating, and documenting training activities.
 • Supervise the process of defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
 • update the HR dashboard and analyze data using pertinent HR metrics.
 • Provide employees with information on HR policies, rules, regulations, job responsibilities, and opportunities for career advancement through day one orientation
 • Implement employee satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to improve the work environment and employee well-being with all the HR team collaborate efforts 
 
 𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
 - Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
 - 5 years of HR experience, including 3 year of experience in OD.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 - Very Good command of the English language.
