Mahfouz for Architecture and Construction is Hiring:

TENDER & PROCUREMENT MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

-Review tender documents, specs, drawings, and bill of quantities to ensure clarity for bid
submission.
- Conduct comparison studies for quotations and develop cost estimations aligned with client
requirements.
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals to meet client specifications promptly.
- Manage the tendering process timeline, coordinating with internal teams.
-Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and negotiates purchase agreements with
them.
- Procure equipment, materials, and systems complying with the project quality, specification
requirements and budget cost.
- Ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials to the support site installation works as per the
approved work program.
- Ensure compliance with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost
and quality.
- Generate PO for services and materials.
- Coordination with consultant, client & sub-contractors, Arranging & forecasting of
manpower, material, tools & chase the site staff to strictly follow up complete the project as
per target program & in budget cost, Responsible for smooth running of projects.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2-5 years Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
Proficiency in Microsoft Programs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
