-Cost Control Engineer

-job Description:

· Proficient in creating detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) item breakdowns to establish comprehensive project budgets.

· Oversee and manage the total expenditures of the project, ensuring strict monitoring and control measures are in place.

· Employ diverse cost control matrices to produce precise cost forecasts for informed decision-making.

· Effectively utilize ERP systems, preferably SAP, for streamlined cost control and proficient financial management.

· Foster collaboration across various departments to guarantee seamless alignment between project activities and budgetary objectives.

· Conduct meticulous variance analyses, identifying and addressing deviations from the established budget.

· Demonstrate robust reporting skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines consistently.

· Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a cost control role specifically within the context of construction projects.

-Job Requirements:

-BSC. Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1-3 years of previous experience in relative position.
-Construction Background is a Must.
-Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
-Preferably SAP user. 
-Ability to work under pressure.
