SM for Technical Support Is hiring for Accounts Receivable Supervisor !!mentioning in the subject : AR Supervisor 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overall accounts receivable supervision (Attending Receivable issues, communicating them to 
the concerned, Solving the issues, Assisting, and guiding the accounts receivable team) 
• Ensure preparation of Customer Invoices on Time. 
• Ensure updating Customer statements with the daily collection and Credit Notes on time.
• Ensure Accurate Allocation of Invoice collection to Customer invoices.
• Preparing & Providing Customer Aging reports as per management required formats (Starting 
every month, weekly, and as per management request) 
• Monthly Sales reports as management required. 
• Monthly Collection reports. 
• Customer Confirmation & Sales team clearance during vacation/Exit (Confirmation review, 
providing details and approvals) 
• Sales manwise Customer re-allocation as per sales head approvals 
• Preparing Documents for yearend Financial Audit. 
• Helping the Treasury for preparing collection projection 
• Preparing and submitting Monthly VAT Reports 
• Monthly Sales Incentive Calculation & Reports
• Accounts receivable balance follow-up.
• Preparing documents for Legal Action Cases.

Education & Work Experience:
5+ years of experiences in similar field 
• BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance.
• Master’s degree and professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CFA , ACCA ) are pluses

• Updated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations especially.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Excellent command in English both written and spoken.
Computer Skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in using accounting software
