Job Description

Urgently we are looking to hire :
(HR Specialist)
*Main Responsibilities:
-------------------------
1. Responsible for the hiring and resignation process.
2. Assist in the recruitment process, staff activities, and well-being.
3. Maintain and update the employee`s files comprehensively.
4. Direct contact with the governmental authorities (Social insurance – labor office – etc.)
5. Prepare the insurance forms 1, 2, and 6.
6. Handling life and accident insurance for all staff.
7. Responsible for the mobile lines delivery (SIM card – Data SIM card – USB), points loans, and related purchases.
8. Responsible for dealing with the mobile line providers, getting better offers, and maximizing savings.
9. Prepare the HQ attendance sheet and insert the related transactions.
*Main requirements:
-----------------------
1- at least 1-2 years of HR functional exp.
2- Presentable with excellent communication & presentation skills.
3- excellent MS Office skills.
4- living near Sheraton & Ready to start at Once is Preferable.
