Chema Foam Group is hiring ( Talent Acquisition Specialist ).

Job Responsibilities:
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans according to manpower plan and departments hiring need requests.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals and network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
- Screen and filter candidates resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Create job offers and send it to accepted candidates and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Receive Hiring documents for all new hiring employees.
- Issuing contracts for newly hired employees.
- Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new employees.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- 2-4 years of Experience in Recruitment and personnel in manufacturing field.
- HR Diploma or Certificate is preferred. 
- Working knowledge of labor law , interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Ability to multitask with focus on time and quality.
- Good command of English.
- Good reporting skills and ability to use MS Office applications (Excel PowerPoint...etc.) effectively.
