1. Senior Site Engineer (Civil) :
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
_Manage and coordinate project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of marine construction projects.
_Apply quality management principles and processes to maintain high standards of work.
_Utilize risk assessment and management principles to ensure project success.
_Maintain first-level quality assurance to confirm that all work within your discipline complies with plans, specifications, and industry standards.
_Supervise construction engineering civil work and provide technical expertise for construction engineering disciplines.
_Supervise Construction Inspectors, ensuring tests and inspections are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
_Monitor and coordinate all contractors’ civil activities within your assigned area.
_Collaborate with construction management to eliminate hazards that may affect the environment or employee safety.
_Establish and maintain communication with the discipline design engineering staff.
_Review and interpret discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure correct technical execution.
_Provide solutions for technical engineering problems within marine engineering discipline.
_Develop discipline construction schedules and monitor progress, reporting to the Construction Manager.
_Monitor material procurement and deliveries to ensure timeliness and quality.
_Organize the accumulation of discipline data for project turnover and reporting.
_Initiate and maintain records, back-charge procedures, progress reports, and more as required.
_Interface with the lead party management.
_Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.

Qualifications and Skills:
_Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Marine Engineering or a construction-related field from a reputable university.
_A minimum of 15 years of construction supervision experience in marine construction, such as multi-purpose terminal, ports.
_Preferred experience in the construction of large marine projects in Egypt.
