 Technical profile/ Your duties:

    Develops and modifies working drawings and construction documents.
    Attend kickoff and progress meetings held by project’s manager. 
    Use the project’s / phases’ checklists to make sure that each submittal is following EMS Experts Quality standards and submit a signed checklist covering all checklist points status
     Follow EMS Experts standards in archiving, naming convention and BIM/CAD system using EMS Experts’ guidelines in orientation process including all project’s documents concerning each task.
    Collaborate with other team members in the same project to obtain the best technical outputs that matches EMS Experts’ quality standards.
     Corrects and updates documents and develops and assists Project Engineer in developing dept.’s budgeted man-hours and schedule of activities for the project.
    Produce design work according to established standards, methods, and procedures of work and within the budgeted man-hours.
    Ensure that all design tasks are developed with the highest quality and according to the client's objectives & needs.
     Regularly reviews the performed drawings upon the completion of project milestone and conducts in-house quality control before submittals.
    Follow Project’s time schedule and voice out any task overlapping or any difficulties.
     Do periodical search on material, suppliers and update EMS Experts’ Library.
    Perform the following tasks under supervision of Senior / Principle Engineer.
    Preparation of the required calculations and estimation rates of water flow using the standard engineering software and used company tools such as “ELITE”.
    Determination of the size and type of the pipes and the preparation of preliminary design layout in coordination with Senior Mechanical Engineer. 
     Determination of the size and type of the HVAC equipment and the preparation of preliminary design layout in coordination with Senior Mechanical Engineer.
     Preparation of the required calculations and estimation rates of air condition tonnage using the standard engineering software and used company tools such as “HAP”.  

Desired Skills and Experience

Who we are looking for?

    Bachelor degree in Mechanical - Power, Faculty of Engineering.
    Years of Experience from 6 - 10 years in Mechanical Field.
    MEP REVIT Professional Certified are preferred.

    Proficient in MEP drafting programs and plugins ex: Revit - AutoCAD
     Good user for HAP software for HVAC calculations – ELITE software for Fire Fighting.
    Good user for analysis and scheduling programs: Microsoft excel and MS Project.
    You are fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
