Job Description

Office Manager is required to join U pharma’s team located in 10th of Ramadan City
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Receives and organize e-mails and incoming transactions for the office to ensure   smooth operation.
· Documentation, filing and communication for meetings organized/attended by the chairman in order to facilitate the meeting.
· Maintain the transactions, documents and references of the office in files and cabinets in order to secure and keep the documents organized and arranged.
· Responsible for managing chairman’s office expenses and ensure effective allocation and compliance with budget
· Maintains appointment schedules and responsible for meetings and conferences reservations
· Receives incoming written communications directed to Chairman identifying priority attention matters and facilitates response or action to be carried through by Chairman as needed
· Follow up on completing tasks assigned by the Chairman and provide status reports
· Works as a project manager monitoring and supervising implementation of several projects as assigned by Chairman
· Manage organizational communication, scheduling and logistics for key internal events such as board meetings, staff meetings, and managers’ meetings, EGA (emergency general assembly meetings and OGA (ordinary assembly meetings)
·  Carry out any other duties assigned by Chairman.

Job Requirements
·    Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related discipline
·    5 years’ experience in office management (preferable high management responsibility)
·    Experience in industrial field is preferred  
·    Strong in communication, analytical skills, and MS Office.
·    Advanced English required.
·    Residency in 10th of Ramadan city, Al-Obour City , AL Tagamoa Al-Shorouk city or  Nasr city is preferred .
