Production Engineer

- Job Location: 10th of Ramadan.

▶ Job Requirement:

◾ Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Mechanical engineer).
◾3- 5 years Experience in
production management.
◾Proven experience as a production engineer in( the steel structure manufacturing / Fabrication, tanks ,Piping, pressure vessel and steam boilers.
◾In- depth knowledge of steel structure production processes, activity, and the best practices( prefabrication, assembly and welding).
◾ Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision - making skills.
◾Strong project management and leadership skills.

▶ Job Description:

◾Assist Production Manager in achieving the required goals
◾Manage Fabrication team
◾Maintaining the quality of Steel Fabrication production
◾Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities
◾Follow up the daily fabrication and ensure the efficiency of the equipment
◾Coordinate and implement quality control objectives, activities or procedures to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, or minimize costs
◾Controls production process and production facilities
Responsible for preparing production lines
◾Develop material handling and manipulation requirements to facilitate fabrication and delivery to production
◾Support project delivery requirements – time/cost/quality
Use specialized software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to assist the production process.
