Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer
Job Description

•Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications, and schedule, and review tender documents and contracts to be able to follow up on materials required.

•Study the tender documents (specifications, Drawing, BOQ & schedule) to understand the project scope.

•Prepare & send RFI (Request for information) to clients with prior approval from direct seniors.

•Prepare technical offers & Vendor list.

•Value Engineering if needed to decrease the project budget.

•Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings using CAD , Revit tools .

•Preparing coordination Mechanical trades drawings using REVIT, Naviswork Tools.

•Preparing calculations as required for design review using HAP , Elite tools.
Qualifications

    Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering
    From 5:8 years of Experience
    Very Good English & Arabic, other language is an asset
    Knowledge of construction materials and methods, CAD, design analysis and modern structural systems.
    Professional knowledge in Construction, methods, and applications. 
    Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (MS Office- AutoCAD-Revit – Navisworks is preferred).
