PROCUREMENT CIVIL ENGINEER
Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist
Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
Must have experience in #construction companies.
Understanding of supply chain procedures.
Ability to read B.O. Q's and specifications.
Experienced in negotiating contracts.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems

*A bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering is a must*
