 3D Architect Engineer.
Work location: Heliopolis (HQ).

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
· Cooperate with designers to create clean architectural designs and find solution for residential projects.
· Develop project concepts and maintain optimal workflow.
· Work with senior Architects to manage large, complex design projects.
· Responsible for Administrative Buildings Designs starting with Concept, plans, Modelling, to exterior Façade
· Review designs of master plans and make necessary modifications.
· Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for various projects.
· Collaborate with designers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine visual concepts.
· Ensure that all 3D visualizations accurately represent the design intent and meet project requirements.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of your work.
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
· Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
· Continuously seek opportunities to improve your skills and stay current with industry advancements.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
. Bachelor's degree in 3D Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
. Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D visualization, modeling, and rendering.
. Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
. Computer proficiency: AutoCAD, Word and Excel are a must. REVIT is a must.
