Architect Team Leader

Main Responsibilities :

-  Implements specific architectural works in accordance with the work program of a project, or as requested within the department.
-  Organizes and supervises the work engineers and draftsmen allocated and provides support and/or advice to project teams, as applicable.
-  Responsible for efficient and effective design of architectural works, preparation of drawings, contract documents, etc.
- Verifies that all designs, drawings, and documents are to current codes and standards and in accordance with PCE policies and standards.
- Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.

Requirements :

- A bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 6-8 years of experience.
- Previous experience working with consulting firms.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all designs are precise and accurate.
