Architectural Quantity Surveyor Engineer
Location: 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐨 - 5th settlement (HQ)

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:

- Prepare takeoff quantities for the related items in the project.
- Study all project documents (Bill of quantity, Specification, Drawings, etc.).
- Prepare RFI for any misunderstanding points.
- Check quantity surveying work to check accuracy of quantities in the Bill of Quantity.
- Quantity surveying related reports.
- Upload quantities to an excel Estimation sheet.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- Bachelor’s degree of engineering, Architecture major.
- 1-3 years of experience in Construction Companies.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad and BIM
