Contract Engineer

Some of key responsibilities:

1- Prepare sales and purchase contracts.
2- Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners.
3- Review and update existing contracts.
4- Explain terms and conditions to Managers and Concerned parties.
5- Ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts.
6- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
7- Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.
8- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shipping)
9- Create language standards for existing and new contracts.

Job Requirements:
1- Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract engineer or relevant role
2- Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.
3- Familiarity with accounting procedures
4- Excellent writing skills
5- Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
6- Strong analytical and organizational skills
7- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners.

Work Location: Cairo-Alex. desert road (Transportation is provided).
