Position: Junior Operational Excellence Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1) Implement Lean Principles across all factory to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
2) Conduct waste analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
3) Assist in training team leaders on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
4) Collaborate with blue-collar workers to enrich innovation initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.



Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or industrial Engineering (+1 years of experience)
2) Strong understanding of Lean Principles and their application in manufacturing
3) Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
4) Excellent communication skills to effectively train and collaborate with team members at all levels.
5) Passion for innovation and driving positive change within the manufacturing environment.
