Job Description
IMTENAN Group is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist!
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
· Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
· Offer training and guidance to users on IT-related issues.
· Develop and implement IT policies and procedures for secure and efficient technology use.
· Manage procurement, installation, and configuration of hardware and software.
· Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.
· Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
· Install and configure software applications and operating systems.
· Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
· Provide support for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
· Maintain inventory of equipment, software, and licenses.
· Resolve technical problems with LANs, WANs, and other systems.
· Implement and develop helpdesk and IT operations best practices.
· Familiarity with ITSM tools, preferably Manage Engine Service Desk Plus.
· Understanding of IT infrastructure components.
· Knowledge of SALESBUZZ Application preferred.
· CCTV Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent.
· Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
· Strong self-development and time management skills.
· CCNA & MCSE certification required.
· SQL Acknowledgement required.
· Crystal reports development experience required.
· XML coding proficiency required.
· 1-2 years of relevant experience.
