Responsible for make L1 support self – sufficient, pro Activity, fulfilment of L1 support SRs and Documentation & DI Record keeping & follow DI QMS Procedures & policies 100%. Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or engineering, communication major.
- From 0 to 3 Years experience in the same position.
- Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), CCNA, ITIL Foundation, MCSA .
-Relation Shipbuilding, Time Management Skills, Communication skills
