We are hiring the following role:

Tendering and Cost control Engineer

Responsibilities
-Study and understand tender project documents
-Assist in preparing primary Quantity surveying needed for cost estimation.
-Assist in developing project budgets and cost estimation methodologies.
-Tracking actual costs in relation to the submitted pricing and analyzing it
-Communicate with suppliers and maintain updated quotations.
-Assist in Monitoring, reporting project cost
-Monitor and track all site’s variation orders
-Assist in making periodic invoices for subcontractors

Qualifications
- BSC. in Civil Engineering.
- Previous proven experience in residential building (minimum 3 years of experience).
- Alexandria resident is a must
- Good command of English written and spoken
- Proficiency in auto cad, Microsoft office
- Primavera is a plus
