TELESALES AGENT
(SALES DEPARTMENT)
1-3 years experience
-Job Scope:
-Receive inbound calls and giving full information regarding our projects.
-Receive new leads from marketing team.
-Make outbound calls whether to create pipeline for New projects, or follow up.
-Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
-Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. -Advise on any information the customer may need.
-Create Appointments whether at new Cairo / Arkan.
-Cover Shifts.
-Handle Customer Service Requests and send requests to the concerned department.
-Skills Required:
-Excellent communication skills.
-Microsoft Office.
-Educational Degree:
-Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
