Job Description

EGA is looking to hire the following position:
Job Title: Personnel & Payroll Specialist.
 Main_Duties:
* Administrate company Staff daily attendance, all kinds of leaves, overtime calculations, permissions and delays according to labor law and as per company guidelines.
* Administrate all kind of records or transactions which reflect on company or subcontractor hired Staff , including monthly payroll, payments related to wages & salaries according to company policies, procedures & Labor Law.
* Prepare & handling Personnel issues (Work contracts according to labor law, Social insurance, hiring and termination processes.
* Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance.
* Establish and maintain all Personnel files & records.
* Administering and updating all necessary data on the ERP system. (Attendance, Employees data and other related issues, etc.)
* Handling other related duties as & when required.
 Requirements:
* Bachelors' degree .
* Minimum 3 years of on-hands experience in a similar role.
* Solid understanding for Governmental Laws (Labor Law & Socials insurance).
* Very Good numerical skills.
* Good command English language.
* Excellent communication skills.
 Work Conditions:
* Location: 4th Industrial Zone, 6th of October City.
* 2 Days off.
* Transportation is provided.
