WE ARE HIRING:
SENIOR ARCHITECT
Responsibilities:
Attend coordination meetings throughout the different design phases.
Revise & technically review the deliverables and drawings submitted for each submission vs Base of design, criteria, and checklists.
Prepare all needed documents for each milestone (concept, permits, mkt materials, client contracts, earth breaking package, construction package, and updated construction package with client modifications) in coordination with the involved technical team and design management team.
Coordinate internally with other technical teams & MEP team to make sure that the packages are fully coordinated.
Responsible for the quality level of the drawings & the coordination level within the trade & with other trades of all submissions of the project & coordinated with MEP team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
5 to 8 years of experience in the same field.
Perfect command of both English and Arabic.
