EDECS is currently looking for highly qualified candidates for:
 
Project Manager in Egypt

Accountabilities and Duties:
·     Defines the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
·     Creates a detailed work plan that identifies the sequences and the activities needed that complete the project.
·     Determines the resources required to complete the project.
·     Executes a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the projects and schedules deliverables and estimates costs.
·     Determines the objectives and the measures by which the project will be evaluated and measured.
·     Executes the project according to the project plan.
·     Develops forms and records to document project activities and ensure that all the project information is properly documented and secured.
·     Monitors the progress of the project and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion of the project.
·     Reviews the quality of the work completed with the project team regularly to ensure that it meets the project standards.
·     Monitors and approves all budgeted project expenditures.
·     Monitors cash flow projections and reports actual cash flow and variance to senior management regularly.
·     Ensures that all financial records for the project are up to date by preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
·     Ensures that the safety process and procedures are properly implemented at the site.
·     Evaluates sub-contractors by locating and selecting sub-contractors and monitoring and controlling performance.

Requirements:
·   Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil)
·   A minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction field 
·   PMP certification is a must 
·   MBA is a plus
