Qualifications:
-       6-10 years of experience in finishing and fit-out (Residential and commercial projects).
-       Bachelor’s degree Architecture engineering, or any relevant.
-       Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
-       Manage finishing works and maintain high quality standards.
-       Adhere to budgets, time schedules, and project Specifications.
-       Monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
-       Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff.
-       Review and submit site reports, designs, and drawings.
-       Provide the technical advice.
