Position Title: Production Engineer (Washing Machine)
•Location: Factory (10th of Ramadan)

•Duties & Responsibilities:
-Follow Up Production (Main line/ Sub-line) /Daily, Weekly and Monthly Plan Issues.
-Control production through the line stop Andon, analyze the reasons for line stops, and improve activities.
-Control and reporting daily idle time (GMES) for material shortage, quality problems, and M/C issues.
-Productivity KPI “Controllable Idle Work Rate” Result, Analysis and Improvement activities.
-Productivity KPI “UPH”, “UPPH” Result, Analysis and Improvement activities, Daily, Weekly and monthly.
-Multifunctional training for production operators, focusing on multi-skills, multi-positions, and multitasking.
-Updating the Arabic Working Guide attached to the production line and QC Process Flow chart based on the updated LOB status.

•Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in (Production, Mechanical or Industrial) Engineer.
- 2~3 years of related experience.
- Problem solving skills.
- Very Good in English.
- Very Good in MS Office.
