Fit out Engineer

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Needed: 2 To 6 Years

Job Description
Successfully coordinated the execution and openings of the following projects across Egypt.
Manage and oversee the design, tender, construction and fit-out of projects. 
Contactor representative to execute and deliver the tenant’s designs and fit out. 
The lead between the ‘designers’ and the tenant in ensuring designs are completed on time and comply with tenant’s requirements, brand design guidelines and Business Policies, including Furniture and equipment selection. 
Review the project plans and specifications, providing comments on building design, scheduling, potential cost-saving measures, and any potential construction problems.
Ensure the successful delivery of fit-out projects within established timelines and budgets, takinga lead role in coordinating with various stakeholders.
Review Interior Design packages and architecture drawings, preparing comprehensiveprocurement plans to facilitate smooth project execution.
