Position: SHEE Senior Engineer
Location: Factory (10th of Ramadan)

LG Electronics Egypt is looking for a SHEE to join our team.

•Duties & Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and maintain safety, health, and environmental management systems by ISO standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
-Provide training and development programs to employees on safety, health, and environmental practices.
-Respond to and manage crises and provide first aid when necessary.
-Investigate accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on safety, health, and environmental performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental awareness.

•Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
-3-4 years of related experience.
-Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
-Certified ISO 14001 environment management system.
-Certified ISO 45001 Occupational health & safety management.
-Certified National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH/HSE specialist).
- Certified National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (Nebosh).
-Aware of country legal & and other requirements.
-Risk assessment proficiency.
-Training and development expertise.
-Crisis management & and first aid knowledge.
-Accident investigation, analysis of root cause.
-Excellent communication and reporting.
