Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cost Control Engineer at Diagram Construction located in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. The Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day cost control tasks, including cost management, analytical skills, cost reporting, and project control. The Cost Control Engineer will work closely with project teams to identify potential cost savings and ensure that project spending is within budget and on schedule

Qualifications
Bachelor of engineering with a grade good is a must.
Have 3-7 years of experience of relevant field.
Strong Cost Control and Cost Management skills
Analytical skills to analyze cost reports and identify discrepancies and trends
Ability to prepare and generate cost reports and forecasts
Experience in project control and cost estimating
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience working in the construction industry is a plus
